13 Week Evolution is a habit and fitness education program. It is not medical advice, and Mike Zimmer is not your physician. Talk to a doctor before starting this or any exercise program, particularly if you are pregnant, have a heart condition, an injury, a chronic illness, or have been inactive for a long time.
You participate at your own risk. Stop and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, chest discomfort or shortness of breath. You are responsible for choosing movements appropriate for your own body and for scaling anything that doesn't suit you.
A paid membership gives you access to 13 Week Evolution 1.0 and 2.0, the Alumni program, the habit tracker, and the community, for as long as your membership is active.
Standard and Premium memberships are billed monthly or annually through Stripe, our payment processor: Standard $29/month or $299/year, Premium $149/month or $1,490/year. VIP ($597/month or $5,970/year) is set up with you directly after an intake call. Your first paid membership starts with a 7-day free trial, and you won’t be charged if you cancel before it ends. One free trial per person. Stripe emails you before a trial turns into a payment and before a yearly membership renews. You can cancel any time from Profile → Manage billing in the 13WE app. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for, and you won’t be charged again. No refunds. Payments aren’t refunded, including for part of a month or year.
We don't promise specific weight, strength, or health outcomes. What you get out of this depends on what you put into it, and on factors we don't control.
The community works because people are honest in it. Be decent to other members. No harassment, no spam, no selling to our members, no medical advice to people who didn't ask. We can remove anyone who makes the room worse, without refund.
Your check-ins and posts stay yours. By posting in the community you allow other members to see them, and you allow us to quote them in marketing only if you give separate written permission first.
The program materials, tracker, worksheets and written content are ours. Use them for yourself. Don't redistribute, resell or repackage them.
The tracker is provided as-is and stores your data in your own browser. We can't recover data you lose by clearing your browser or switching devices.
To the fullest extent the law allows, 13 Week Evolution, of Jenison, Michigan, is not liable for injury, loss or damages arising from your use of this program. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
