The tracker asks you to create an account with an email address and password. That account is what lets your progress follow you from your phone to your laptop.
What we store against your account: your habit checkmarks, the notes and numbers you enter in the tracker, which program you are on, and when you last used it. This is held on our behalf by Supabase, our database provider.
A copy also stays in your own browser so the app keeps working when you have no signal.
We also record a few steps inside the app so we can see where the free Kickstart works and where people get stuck: for example, that an account was created, that you checked in on a Kickstart day, or that you opened the membership page. These records are tied to your account but never include your email, your name or anything you typed, and only we can see them. We use them only to improve the program.
If you turn on notifications or the daily check-in reminder, we store the delivery address your browser gives us (notifications travel through your browser’s own push service, such as Apple’s or Google’s) and the reminder time and time zone you chose. Turn either off in your profile at any time.
If you opt in to coach check-ins, we additionally see your first name, your program and week, your streak, and on which days you opened the tracker, logged a habit, checked in, wrote a reflection or started a new week, plus any answer you tap under “Having a rough day?”. It never includes which habits, or anything you typed. Turn it off in the app at any time: what was shared is deleted, and the tracker works exactly the same.
Ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time and we will.
We don't sell your information. We don't rent your email list. We don't share your Wellness Score or your check-ins with anyone outside the program.
We don’t run paid ads right now. If that changes, we’ll say so here first. We use Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages and channels bring people here. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics entirely with Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Cloudflare Web Analytics, which we also use, does not set cookies.
Stripe (payments), Skool (our earlier community and billing platform, for members who joined there), Netlify (hosting and form submissions), Supabase (tracker accounts and progress), ScoreApp (Wellness Score), Google (Analytics and Tag Manager), Cloudflare (web analytics), and our email provider. Each has its own privacy policy.
Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it. Ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing 13WeekEvolution@gmail.com and we'll do it. If you're in California, the EU or the UK, you have additional rights over your data — email us and we'll honour them.
This program is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top.
