Who we are

13 Week Evolution is operated by Mike Zimmer, 13 Week Evolution, Jenison, Michigan. You can reach us at 13WeekEvolution@gmail.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, if you enter it in a form on this site.
• Basic usage data — pages visited, how you arrived, general location and device type — through our analytics provider.
• Wellness Score responses, if you choose to take the assessment.
• Account and payment information, if you join the paid program. That is handled by Skool, not by us. We never see or store your card details.

The habit tracker

The tracker asks you to create an account with an email address and password. That account is what lets your progress follow you from your phone to your laptop.

What we store against your account: your habit checkmarks, the notes and numbers you enter in the tracker, which program you are on, and when you last used it. This is held on our behalf by Supabase, our database provider.

A copy also stays in your own browser so the app keeps working when you have no signal.

If you opt in to coach check-ins, we additionally see your first name, which program you are on, your streak, and whether you logged that day — so we can reach out if you go quiet. It never includes anything you typed. You can turn that off in the app at any time, and the tracker works exactly the same with it off.

Ask us to delete your account and everything in it at any time and we will.

How we use it

• To send you the emails you asked for, and to run the program you joined.
• To understand which pages and channels work, so we make better ones.
• To respond when you contact us.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't rent your email list. We don't share your Wellness Score or your check-ins with anyone outside the program.

Advertising and cookies

Third parties we use

Skool (community and payments), Netlify (hosting and form submissions), Supabase (tracker accounts and progress), ScoreApp (Wellness Score), and our analytics and email providers. Each has its own privacy policy.

Your choices

Unsubscribe from any email using the link at the bottom of it. Ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing 13WeekEvolution@gmail.com and we'll do it. If you're in California, the EU or the UK, you have additional rights over your data — email us and we'll honour them.

Children

This program is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top.
